Definitely not the Hilton experience that I’m accustomed to. The employees at the desk do not try to make you feel welcome. I was not offered complimentary water. We “don’t do that” I was told. When I asked about breakfast, which I paid extra for during booking, I was told that is not correct, they don’t offer paying up front for breakfast. Overall I was disappointed, I was made to feel that they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. Will continue to stay at Hiltons, but definitely not this property again.

Worst place to stay in Houston. DO NOT STAY HERE. I had my catalytic convertor off my truck stolen in the parking lot in front of the building in broad daylight. According to the Sheriff’s Office they have to fill reports for this hotel all the time. The management staff is incompetent and didn’t offer to help at all. The manager of the hotel said, “Well, this is Houston” and “We have a sign (about as big as my hand hanging on a pole outside) that says we aren’t responsible” which basically means they know that this happens and refuse to do anything about it. While I was complaining about it another customer in front of me was complaining about bed bugs in their room. The person at the counter basically insulted the man and said, “Well we clean the rooms it’s the people that stay here who bring the bed bugs.” They don’t care about the safety of their guests nor their belongings. They still charged me for my stay and didn’t offer any assistance or help. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cypress Station and had a fantastic experience. I would rate this establishment as a 5-star gem when it comes to service and the warm, welcoming attitude of the staff. The staff truly goes the extra mile to ensure guests have the best possible experience. Kudos to Luis, Jesus and Robert! Top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However, when it comes to accommodations, I would give it a 3-star rating. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, they didn't quite match the level of luxury or amenities I've experienced at other 5-star hotels. One challenge was the pool was not working despite being told it was the day before. They are striving to make the necessary improvements to make this a 5 Star ⭐️ Experience! Also - the breakfast experience was less than ideal. There was a great effort on the part of the staff to make things right. But ideally it would be right from the get go. 🥹 In summary, if you're looking for great value for your money and a hotel where the staff will make you feel like a valued guest, the Hilton Garden Inn Cypress Station is an excellent choice. Just be aware that the accommodations may not be as lavish as some other high-end hotels.

This hotel will take your reservation, charge you, and not allow you entrance into the reserved room. They also will not refund rooms you do not take possession. Explanation: upon arriving at the hotel on Saturday evening June 3, 2023, the front desk attendant, Jesus, was not letting any individuals into rooms they had booked because according to him their internet was down, and the hotel was overbooked, and he had no way of knowing who should be in each room. I asked if this situation would be remedied within the hour, and he said not likely. I waited an hour then confirmed and he stated it was still down and I'd have to contact the booking agency for my refund. I contacted the general manager (Nato) to further confirm that I did not stay at the property and to notify him that an email would be sent to confirm that I DID NOT ENTER THE ROOM. As of June 27th, I still have not received my refund. I stayed on the phone with my booking as they called to speak to someone at the property to find out why there was no response to any of the emails. The front desk attendant (Mabeline) lied and stated that I did stay in the room. She was aware of the incident on June 3rd and knew that overbooking had occurred but said since she didn't know how Jesus was handling the situation, she just coded all rooms as checked in and checked out at the appropriate time. She said no other managers would be able to be contacted for another 24 hours. This location is EXTREMELY inefficient. They are not able to correct mistakes and when faced with the opportunity they would STEAL from potential customers rather than owning up to mistakes and mismanagement.

Did not have any carts to unload luggage. Had to carry everything for the car to our handicapped room by hand in multiple trips. Wake up call was about 30 minutes late. Fortunately I set my phone alarm or we would have missed a medical appointment. Desk lamp was missing in room, Was later replaced. Breakfast on the first was a meager buffet and was higher priced than the 2nd day where is was made to order. I am a Hilton Gold VIP and this location was not up to the Hilton standards I am used to!
